15 Apr Robotic Welding Cell
We are very pleased to welcome our newest addition to the KME team, a new robotic MIG welding cell from Bauromat UK. The cell is a cutting edge 7 axis system with a centre mount workpiece positioner, allowing parts to be loaded and unloaded from one side while the robot is welding on the other side.
The cell has the capacity to weld components up to 2130mm x 850mm x 500mm and a maximum part weight of 1000kg per side. It features a state of the art KUKA 6 axis robotic arm, a Kyrus workpiece positioner with rotating axis and the latest Fronius digital welding technology.
